Mohegan Sun is a large resort and entertainment complex in Uncasville, Connecticut, developed by the Mohegan Tribe. The property combines two hotel towers with restaurants, entertainment venues, shops, wellness facilities, meeting spaces, and casino areas. Its scale allows visitors to organize much of a short stay within the same complex while still remaining close to other destinations in southeastern Connecticut.

Design Shaped by Mohegan Culture

Architecture and artwork throughout the property draw on Mohegan history, stories, and relationships with the natural world. Casino of the Sky features a large planetarium-style dome with changing celestial displays, while the illuminated Wombi Rock structure forms another recognizable part of the interior. Elsewhere, water features, stonework, glass art, and cultural references are incorporated into the public spaces rather than following a conventional hotel design.

Two Towers and Several Room Formats

Mohegan Sun operates the 34-story Sky Tower and the 13-story Earth Tower, with more than 1,500 guest rooms across the two buildings. Sky Tower rooms begin at approximately 450 square feet, while Earth Tower rooms start at about 365 square feet. Depending on the category, accommodation features can include desk areas, refrigerators, Wi-Fi, marble bathrooms, and larger suite layouts. The C$ 250 figure shown above is a reference rate for this page rather than a fixed hotel price, as actual rates vary by date and room type.

Facilities for Rest, Dining, and Recreation

The resort includes numerous restaurants and casual dining locations alongside Mandara Spa, fitness facilities, and hotel pools. Mandara Spa in Sky Tower covers approximately 19,000 square feet and includes treatment rooms, steam and sauna facilities, a whirlpool, and salon services. Individual restaurants, wellness services, and recreation areas follow their own schedules, so availability should be checked for the dates of a planned stay.
